近年来,灯光设计成为越来越多家庭,在装修时的重点议题。
但常被忽略的事实是,我们在谈灯光设计、谈灯光氛围之前,更该说一说由灯光构成的照明系统,本身究竟是什么,如何评价照明系统的效果与体验。
照明系统不单单是亮不亮,更是亮得是否均匀,是否柔和——这两点恰恰是护眼吸顶灯与普通灯具的核心差异,也是当代家庭用户选择照明系统时的关键考量。
但其实,这些体验差异,在专业建筑标准中早已有清晰定义。
照明系统的两项核心指标
从建筑照明设计视角来看,一个空间的光环境是否达标,关键取决于两个核心指标:
1、照度均匀度(Illuminance Uniformity)
定义:最低照度 ÷ 平均照度
照度均匀度反映的是空间不同区域之间的亮度一致性。如果照度差异过大,人的眼睛需要频繁适应不同光强,会造成疲劳、压迫感与眩晕感。
🧠 标准参考: WELL v2 健康建筑标准中明确指出,居住或工作空间照度均匀度应≥0.4,才符合健康照明条件。这个标准远高于市面多数灯具系统的平均表现。这一标准对儿童房吸顶灯护眼设计尤为重要,也常出现在全光谱吸顶灯测评的评估体系中。
2、统一眩光值(UGR,Unified Glare Rating)
定义:一种衡量“被灯光直射时眼睛是否感到刺眼”的评分机制,数值越低,说明越柔和、不刺眼。
🧠 标准参考: UGR < 19:办公照明合格 UGR < 13:优质室内照明 UGR < 10:接近无眩光等级,极度舒适(适合婴儿房、儿童学习区等对光线敏感的场景,也解答了 “婴儿可以直视吸顶灯吗” 的顾虑)
多数家庭照明:既不均匀,也不柔和
实际生活中,很多家庭照明存在这样的问题:
· 客厅中间区域亮,四角仍暗
· 孩子写作业桌面够亮,但身边全是暗影
· 灯具缺少有效遮光设计(如灯罩、遮光角度设计等),明晃晃地照眼睛时,长期使用造成视觉疲劳
这种现象的背后是,过多使用点状光源、照明布局缺乏系统逻辑,以及灯具本身眩光控制差,这一切共同导致UGR与照度均匀度都远低于健康标准。
好的照明系统,可以一次性满足这两个标准吗?
